1st choice if in Skegness again.

Lovely friendly welcome despite arriving late. Very nice room with excellent facilities. Excellent value for money, will definitely stay again. They also very kindly posted back a cuddly hedgehog friend we inadvertently left behind! Can't recommend enough.....

    An excellent weekend

The host was so obliging, nothing was too much trouble, the room was spotless and well proportioned with a lovely bathroom, the breakfast was excellent.

Four o'clock check in could have been earlier.
