    good apart from the lack of cooling

    32 degrees in LOndon and no fan, or airconditioning...was told it was 80 pounds to hire a fan for 4 days, not good enough for the price we paid

    Perfect little apartment for a London experience

    I really liked this property and would stay again, the apartment was in a great location, clean and spacious. We were close to two tube stations and Portobello Road, which was ideal. We wanted to be in a nice suburb but mot the centre of the city and this was perfect for that.

    I didn’t dislike anything- I would just flag being in a terrace there are a lot of stairs to get your luggage up (something to be mindful of) and the property doesn’t have block put curtains so can be bright early in the morning in summer.

    Excellent accommodation in affluent and nice neighbourhood

    Everything was excellent and exceeded my expectations. You get what you pay for and in that case that was premium service and aesthetic, modern, clean facilities. Will book again! Location was great and check-in smooth!

    There were some minor flaws (e.g. streaks on the walls) which were probably caused by the former guests. Given that the deposit is so high, that freaked me out a little bit. I wish this had been communicated upfront. I reported everything right after my check-in. The Hok Team assured me via WhatsApp that this won’t be taken against me.
