    A good, friendly place to stay just outside the centre of Shimla

    We were made to feel very welcome at the Oaktree House, and any issues we had were quickly resolved. The home-cooked food at breakfast and dinner were very tasty. The view from the balcony was also stunning, and the shower was nice and a good way to warm up. The bed was comfortable and clean.

    The hotel was a little noisy each morning at about 6am, which woke us up for a little while. A few things in the room needed some care and attention - such as not fully working blinds. The tap also ended up splashing the floor of the bathroom.

    Gutes Hotel mit Stil und freundlichen Personal.

    Gute Lage, schönes Zimmer mit Balkon und mit schöner Aussicht. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Manager. - Ich durfte mein Motorrad im Hof sicher abstellen.

    Property was not ready to provide parking initially even it’s mentioned free parking. However later they agreed to park vehicle inside the hotel parking.

    zum Wohlfühlen

    Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen, aber noch in laufweite zur Altstadt (2,5km). Das Essen ist sehr gut und die Aussicht wunderbar. Entspannte und schöne Atmosphäre.
