    Recommend staying here in HCMC, would love to come back!

    Hotel was way better than I expected, super comfy pillows, clean, really good buffet breakfast, rooftop restaurant! And a thank you to all staff for warm welcome, and to Ms Sophie for introducing us to Vietnam during our first breakfast and suggesting places to visit during our stay :)

    We did not say that we would arrive at 5:00 a.m. Because of our flight, we had informed you in advance about our arrival time. However, even though there were still 7 hours until our check-in time, we were charged for a full day. Moreover, the amount we were charged was higher than the price we had paid through Booking.com. I wanted to bring this to your attention because we have had a very good experience at all the hotels we stayed at in Vietnam, and unfortunately, this is the first time we have experienced something like this. We just wanted to let you know about our concern and the extra charge.
