    初めての台湾（2泊3日）

    ロケーションがすばらしい。タクシー／Uberで松山空港から約250NT$、寧夏夜市は150NT$くらい。新光三越まで徒歩4分くらいなので鼎泰豊や欣葉も近い！お部屋が広く、デスクやソファー、バスルームがゆったりしている。冷蔵庫に缶ビールやソフトドリンクが入ってる（ただし割高）。大浴場、サウナ、ジムがある。 あと利用はしなかったが、ロビーのバーはとても良い雰囲気。コンビニ（7-11）も近い。

    タクシーはいないです。でも台北はUberの方が現金もいらないし便利。あとオプションツアーの集合場所がシェラトンだったので、やや遠かった。

    Disappointed

    The facilities and location were good. The room was clean.

    Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. We were downgraded from the room we originally booked and we’ve booked our room well in advance. We have specifically booked the room in higher floor because we wanted to enjoy the fireworks from our room. This was informed to us the night before so we couldn’t find anything else as it was on a national day. Although we were told that the hotel would take good care of us, we did not feel that this was the case. When we arrived, the TV was not working and the Japanese toilet had a low battery. These problems were eventually fixed, but we feel they should have been checked before our arrival, especially after we had already been downgraded. We were also unable to use the swimming pool, even though we arrived during the permitted hours. We were only told the next day that we could use it, but by then we were already checking out and going to the airport. What disappointed us most was the lack of proactive service and compensation. The only compensation we received was breakfast, and we had to ask for it ourselves. It was not offered by the hotel. The hotel kept saying they gave us discount but it was just the price we would’ve paid for the downgraded room if we would choose that. Overall, we did not feel that the hotel properly addressed the inconvenience or made much effort to improve our stay. For a hotel of this standard and price, we expected better service, communication, and attention to detail. Unfortunately, this was not the experience we expected, and we would not recommend this hotel.
