Location is great, in the middle of the main turistic areas. House looks small but when you get into it is huge, lots of space and very good size for our group of 7. Instructions were very clear and we had no issues to access in.
If I have to say something, access may be sligltly complicated for large vehicles, but definitely can enter the state. No problem to get there with the GPS.
