    The room we had was great and the staff was friendly and helpful with local knowledge, I also recommend the breakfast as we chose it for our place to eat every morning we were there.

    We dont have any negative for this host.

    Comfortable room for our 2 night stay in beautiful Rye.

    Location, comfortable bed, warm room, nice breakfast.

    Some renovation going on but this didn’t disturb us too much.

    Would recommend!

    Really good location, can walk to everywhere in Rye. Bed was really comfortable and hotel quiet

    The water took a long time to heat up but not the end of the world

    very enjoyable, relaxed atmosphere

    Staff were very helpful. Cooked breakfast excellent.

    Building is obviously very old, which is the whole point of the town so allowances have to be made. Decor was a bit tired, even taking age of building into account but the property was actually in the process of being refurbished during our stay. Door locks a bit eccentric - it took 3 of us to work out one of them.
