    Re Think Breakfast

    The location is excellent, breakfast also excellent and the staff were brilliant.

    Room 3 which we were in was an awkward room, especially if your over 6ft and like me big. The beam is very low and one side of the room slopes and is difficult to get around especially one side of the bed. So if you are big and over 6ft 2 , do not request room 3. My biggest problem was breakfast, the time slot is from 8am till 9am which in all honesty is ridiculous especially if a lot of the guests come for breakfast around the same time. On two occasions, we waited 40 minutes to have breakfast served to us after ordering it. This is because the breakfasts are made from scratch and one couple at a time are served. The staff are under so much pressure as people were getting fed up with the waiting time and they are apologising for something they have no control over. Why not, have breakfast from 7-30 to 9-00 or 8-00 to 9-30 or ask the people in the room and approximate time they will be down for breakfast. The one hour slot is not working at all. Also it is so quiet sitting in the dining rooms, why not have some background music.

    Had a room at the top of the hotel and I requested if they could move us downstairs which they did to a lovely garden apartment

    Great location in the centre of town but very quiet

    No customer service on location and rude help over the phone. I would not recommend.
