    Elaine went above and beyond providing everything one could want. All good quality food, snacks, toiletries, bedding, TV, drinks, coffee etc. Parking on-site and a great location.

    Very comfortable!

    It was exceptionally comfortable. The owners had gone out of their way to look after us and make us feel very welcome. They went to a lot of trouble for breakfast and to provide for our every need.

    Exceeded my expectations, and just what I needed; thank you Both. Loved exploring the nearby Canal as I left.

    Absolutely EVERYTHING was thought of. The hosts (Elaine and her daughter) were incredibly kind, thoughtful and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and looked after. Everything was pristinely clean, and generally immaculate. Thank you.

    Fabulous stay, extremely welcoming host and excellent value for money.

    Lovely location, super quiet yet only a short walk from the canal shop and local establishments. Fabulous accommodation, such a delightful place to stay. Brilliant communication from the owner and one of the best breakfast baskets we’ve ever enjoyed anywhere.

    Absolutely nothing. Not sure anything could improved.
