Host fantastic, property wonderfully organised, just outside noise is the negative thing.
Everything at the property was perfect, Trevor is a fantastic host .
The outside noise during the weekend is unbearable, as there’s no proper windows/doors insulation inside of the property (historic house, so owner cannot change the original doors/windows) and the house is located in the heart of the town centre, the noise coming from the street and the surrounding pubs kept us awake during the almost whole night.

Great place to stay in Broadstairs!
Had a lovely stay at The Old Coach House which is in a perfect position to enjoy the many restaurants, bars and attractions of Broadstairs. The house had everything that we needed and more! Would definitely stay here again.

Clean, well equipped accommodation in an excellent location.
Trevor was very friendly and helpful. The accommodation is clean and well equipped. The location is excellent, near the beach and amenities, and great for walking in the surrounding area.
