    Welcoming and informative at check-in; lovely room with amazing harbour view; very comprehensive breakfast options included; Parking very close and convenient. No noise from the pub below if that's a worry. Photo taken from the room!

    Top spot

    Great location from which to enjoy Padstow. Friendly, positive staff. Good room, especially the shower . Absolutely looking forward to staying there again after the renovation.

    Location is great and overall we had a good time , had a good time the Hotel is tired and desperately needs the upgrade

    Location great and our room was very spacious , bed really comfortable

    At 7.30pm they had run out of the special that was advertised prominently inside and outside the hotel which was disappointing. Breakfast , no Avacardo and the eggs were hard
