Disappointing and would not recommend. We expect places we stay to be clean.
The property needs a deep clean. Cupboards were dirty, rooms were dirty and covered in dust and cobwebs. We needed to clean the dishes before using as they were marked. The microwave needs replacing as is rusty along the bottom and we needed to clean the kettle and toaster before use. Many items need replacing. For example there was not enough cutlery for 4 people, the taps in the bathroom were not secured correctly and the jacuzzi bath did not work. We feel we left the property cleaner than it was when we arrived. Overall very disappointed.

GREAT LOCATION FOR NEWMILLERDAM AND COSY LITTLE HOUSE
We liked the location and the cosyness of the house.
Parking was hard - it was street parking but too many houses for spaces! The key box is very tempramental it took us ages to get it to open. I would have liked a bit of interaction with the owners but nothing really from them. I got the feeling the neighbours adjoining the property and opposite were not happy that an Air BNB was in operation right on their doorstep but to be fair im not sure I would be if I was in their shoes either.

everything a bit grubby
Location was good. Great for visiting Yorkshire Sculpture Park
The house was really grubby and sticky. Crockery was dirty, everything had a layer of dust. Towels were clean but musty smelling. Dirty cupboards, poorly equipped.

Comfortable cottage in a great location!
House was in a great location and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The kitchen & bathroom would benefit from some TLC.
