    Unbelievably good value for a nice room in a great location.

    Great location outside of Milton Keynes with an easy commute in for an early meeting. Lovely room in a garden annex of a nice old house in a quiet village. There are places to eat in the next village along, which is only a short drive or a 15 minute walk. A simple but nice continental, self service breakfast was provided in the kitchen that is shared with one other room in the annex. The kitchen has tea/coffee making facilities as well as a toaster/microwave.

    Sarah was a great host, very responsive and gave local information. The breakfast was substantial and because of the lovely weather we sat out in the beautiful garden. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable.

    Spotlessly clean and comfortable accommodation in a quiet location. Lovely breakfast provided and Sarah was so friendly and welcoming. Useful having access to a kitchen (shared between the 2 ensuite bedrooms). Highly recommended.

    Absolute Gem!

    Very quiet, great location and hostess Sarah paid so much attention to detail. Excellent place to stay, cozy comfortable and had absolutely everything we needed. Breakfast was very good, so much selection. Highly recommend
