    Beautiful home with lots of room!

    The host was wonderful and easily contacted & very flexible. The home was perfect for our group of 17 ranging in age from 7 to 78! The bedrooms were lovely and the beds were exceptional, especially in room 7! The views of the local farms and the cows were great. I would highly recommend this remarkable home to anyone!!

    Could have been slightly cleaner (cobwebs, windowsills) but the home is HUGE and I fully understand how difficult it must be to clean and keep up. The grounds outside near the fire pit were unkept (broken chairs tossed about) and looked abandoned-ish.

    Exceptional

    We have a wonderful weekend. For yoga practice and fitness sessions, we have the separate hall. All rooms have bathrooms and beds it's very comfortable. All so big kitchen and dining room, it's a very nice place and if you like to dive to the cold water there is a river.

    Amazing weekend will definitely be back.

    Eyvonne and John welcomed us on arrival. They procceded to give us a guided tour of the building.The House was well heated. Coffee and tea making facilities in every room. Rooms were big and cosy.A massive games room and lots of games for the grandchildren to play.I have never stayed in a house that was so well equipped. So cosy.

    Very enjoyable stay

    Very spacious, beds were comfortable and just a really cool place to stay. Caretakers were really friendly too.

    Highly recommend.

    The Flax Mill has been beautifully restored to a high standard and is very comfortable throughout. All the rooms are tastfully decorated and the beds are so comfortable. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and able to cope with a large group or family as we had on our stay.
