    Great location and beautifully presented.

    The location is fantastic although I can imagine it would be a little busy and lack privacy in high summer. The place was beautifully clean and in wonderful condition with good quality linens. We've visited salcombe many times and would definitely stay there again.

    Our only issue was that the larger of the two bedrooms was very hot at night. There are no windows in the room so on the second night we slept with the door open. One small suggestion would be to provide a thinner duvet for that room which might make sleeping more comfortable. Other than that small gripe, everything else was perfect. Thank you ☺️

    wonderful position overlooking the estuary and seconds from the bustling town

    fantastic position and superbly kitted out. The concierge support was really good when we needed it

    would like more comfortable seating … but this was a very small thing which in no way impacted our stay
