Super friendly and welcoming guest house with a personal touch.
The location was very pretty, with the commonwealth park starting right next to it. The staff was relaxed and friendly and very helpful, and the breakfast was great! The room was cozy, too, with a good, big bed.
It was a little far from the center for my purposes, since there are no electro-scooters or other easily rentable means of transport in the city. There was a bus, though, and for a person who likes walking more, not an issue at all.

A true B&B in comfort & style!
A real B&B... greeted by the owner, fantastic breakfast, lovely renovated home in keeping with its heritage. Just so nice to stay there and enjoy the atmosphere. A good walk to city centre. We drove because it was raining. Quiet room and area, across from a huge park. I highly recommend this Guest House.
