    Disappointing

The bed was comfortable and polite staff

Shower was dirty, no plug socket near bed, wall light switch hard to get to behind bed. Had to fill in breakfast sheet night before wasn’t able to choose on the day. Radiator hard to get to as well to switch on and off and awful smell from drains from bathroom which came into bedroom, not mobility friendly either will not be returning a little over priced for what it was

The lady who owns the Hotel was so nice she came to chat with us at breakfast time. The staff were all so nice. The hotel is lovely it felt so homely.

There wasn't anything to dislike we would definately book again if we were visiting Pickering.
