  Do not rent to other guests until the mould problem and strong smell have been properly investig

  After raising our concerns with the owner about the mould and the strong smell, he eventually offered us another apartment. We appreciated that he took steps to resolve the situation, but the replacement apartment was completely different from the one we had originally been given. It was clean, fresh and free from the mould and strong smell that we had experienced in the original apartment. The fact that we were moved to a different, clean apartment highlights the significant difference between the condition of the accommodation we were originally provided and the replacement accommodation.

  Unfortunately, the accommodation we were originally provided with was not in the condition we reasonably expected from the photographs and description advertised on your website. The apartment had visible mould and a strong smell of mould, which made the accommodation unpleasant and unsuitable for our holiday.We booked the accommodation expecting a clean, fresh and suitable holiday apartment, but the actual room we were given was significantly different from what was shown in the photographs online.

  We chose this apartment mainly because of its location, as we decided to join our friends last minute and wanted to stay close to them. Fortunately, we had a busy schedule, so we basically only used it just for sleeping.

  All of the issues mentioned in earlier reviews are still valid today. The walls are damaged in several places, which is not visible in the listing photos, the door leading to the terrace had no handle inside, and the front door handle was very loose. The upholstery on the chairs was also stained. In the bathroom, water leaks directly out of the shower into the room with no mop provided to clean it up, and the kitchenware was dirty upon arrival. Additionally, the power outlets are standard UK sockets with no EU adapters provided, so we had to buy one ourselves in a nearby shop.

  Niente!

  Quando siamo entrati nella casa siamo stati inondati da una puzza di muffa, che dalle foto dell’host si vede poco. La muffa credo che venga dal fatto che quando fai la doccia esce l’acqua. Anche le tende sono ammuffite. Piena di polvere sopra il frigorifero. Sopra al lampadario c’è una Le posate e gli utensili della cucina non ben puliti. La tavoletta del bagno rotta. La maniglia della finestra rotta è per aprire la finestra per poter respirare ci si mettevano due ore. Nell’angolo del bagno ci sono animali (verme). Non ci si può avvicinare alle pareti perché si sgretolano i muri. La signora delle pulizie non viene mai per pulire né per cambiare le asciugamani. Il condizionatore anche perde acqua.
