    Lovely weekend on the moors

    Lovely cosy property - loved the log burner and the very cosy kitchen

    A few more suppliers would have been good given lack of local provision. Just salt and pepper.

    Very comfortable, well provided for, peaceful location. Would stay here again.

    Comfy beds, peaceful location , thoughtful stock of basic provisions

    Using the AGA took some time to understand. An air fryer might be useful for those unfamiliar with the Aga range?? A very minor matter - no peppercorns in the pepper pot!

    The cottage was well equipped, cosy and comfy. The wi-fi was strong and worked well. It was very quiet and peaceful and we weren't disturbed by any noise at all. It was extremely clean and well presented.

    Someone parked in the cottage's parking space for two days, meaning we had to park in an area not meant or designed for cars. It is not clear if the parking area belongs to the cottage or if it is part of the public highway, but whatever it is, there doesn't appear to be a sign warning people that the space is used by the cottage. Although the Aga looks lovely, it is slow to heat up and a little impractical, however it does the job!
