A much needed break in a lovely place.
Everything was on one level, which is perfect as my husband has mobility issues and dementia. It was very clean, and we had everything we needed. There are lots of places to eat out, or get take aways. You are in easy reach of Lowestoft, Southwold, Dunwich, and lots of lovely locations.

In need of TLC
The property needs a good clean, everything was grubby. The bed pillows were so flattened they were hard, when I stripped the beds and saw the state of the pillows and duvet I was shocked, they were stained and replacing. The toilet seat slipped sideways, that needs replacing. The sofa smelt doggy. It was grotty!

The interior was even better than expected, especially the little garden space at the back, which we loved and our dogs did too!
