Hosts, dogs, pizzas, location, clean room, comfortable.
Shower head and shower door need attention.... But that's all.

The place is clean
Overall, my stay was pleasant and the property was clean and well maintained. However, I was disappointed with the check-in experience. I booked a standard double room, but upon arrival, I was given a room with two single beds without being consulted. It was only after I raised the issue that I was told my original room had not yet been serviced. While I appreciate that an alternative was eventually provided, I believe better communication should have taken place before assigning a different room. In addition, although the room appeared clean, There was an unpleasant smell in the room and on the blankets, which affected my overall comfort. I hope this feedback is taken constructively. Improving communication with guests and ensuring rooms are fresh and ready before check-in would make for a much better guest experience.

Disappointing to say the least.
The location is pretty.
Despite knowing we were 2 adults (my daughter, herself a mother of 4, and I) and required two separate rooms, they gave us a one bedroom chalet and a bunk bed in the kitchen area. It was also freezing and nowhere near enough blankets were provided. Only one bunk bed had bedding. The electricity went off during the night (no fault of theirs) but no provision of a gas heater to take the edge off. Totally overpriced and the reception was poor. This was a special mother/daughter occasion (that I informed them of ahead of the time) that was marred by quite simple to fix details.
