    Attenzione al cliente e all’ambiente

    Mi sono trovata davvero molto bene, lo staff è stato sempre disponibilissimo e gentilissimo e la zona in cui si trova l’hotel è molto comoda sia per il mare sia per il centro. Ho apprezzato molto anche l’attenzione alla sostenibilità: viene regalata una borraccia che si può riempire ogni volta che si vuole alla reception con acqua fresca, naturale o frizzante. Ho notato inoltre che le ragazze che si occupano della pulizia delle camere utilizzano i sacchi per la raccolta differenziata invece del solito sacco nero: un piccolo dettaglio che però ho trovato davvero apprezzabile. Altra piacevolissima sorpresa è stato l’upgrade gratuito dalla camera singola a una doppia, offerto spontaneamente perché ne avevano una disponibile. Un gesto gentile e sicuramente non scontato! Sono stata molto bene e ho apprezzato sia l’accoglienza che l’attenzione ai dettagli. Ci tornerò sicuramente volentieri! ❤️
