  El piso está bien ubicado pero está viejo

  La ubicación era muy buena

  El apartamento se encuentra en un edificio antiguo y el mantenimiento del mismo es muy malo. La fachada está en mal estado y la cerradura de la puerta principal no funciona a correctamente. El piso tuvo una reforma hace tiempo y actualmente no tiene el aspecto que en las fotos. Las paredes están descoloridas y/o un poco sucias, igual que el resto del piso. El baño en particular, sin estar sucio, no resultaba especialmente acogedor. Hubo varias cosas en el apartamento que no funcionaban correctamente como el friegaplatos ya que la tapa donde se pone la pastilla estaba rota y no pudimos usarlo. Finalmente hubo dos ocasiones durante la estancia en que las luces de las escaleras no funcionaban y tuvimos que subir al piso usando la linterna del móvil. Todos estos incidentes fueron reportados al inquilino y no obtuvimos respuesta por su parte, por lo que el trato tampoco ha sido bueno.

  The balcony can be easily accessed by others although it’s clearly for our apartment one lady was out there a few times right outside our lounge room and was quite loud

  Location was excellent.

  Balcony not equipped and useless. Entrance carpet is not well cleaned. Rooms very small. The apartment located in old building.

  Location good, appreciate the refund.

  The location was handy. The air conditioning and the mattress was comfortable once we fixed the slats on the frame.

  We were quite disappointed with the condition of the apartment. It is clearly quite different to the photos on Booking.com and seems the couch, furniture and wall prints have been replaced with cheaper options…the couch arm is ruined, and the apartment on the whole is very below standard for what we paid. No where did it state that renovation was occurring in the entrance. No one informed us about this either. There was sawdust everywhere, a musty smell in the flat, ripped curtains and water damage in the master bedroom. We had our two young children with us and quite frankly the amount of dust and sawdust was a problem. The entrance door and all of the windows were left wide open day and night, which was a security issue. We asked for the host to relocate us to a nearby alternative, but they could not. We told the host we'd arrive at 3pm. My husband and 3 year old arrived at 3:15pm and waited until 4pm for someone to come. Not ideal in 35 degree heat. In the end, they refunded us one night's accommodation, but honestly, it still wasn't worth the money. It seems like the owners have moved out for renovations and just advertised the apartment on Booking.com to pull in some extra cash. I would never stay there again.
