    Bad with Booking.com reservations

    I stayed at the property several times, and loved it. But twice the apartment were not available when I checked in dues to some problem either with the door lock or the water problems .

    It’s not a far car ride to District 1. The apartment was reasonably comfortable and the owner was responsive.

    It was clean, comfortable and spacious. It also has as nice view.

    There was not much around within walking distance. I had to hire a car to get anywhere. Also, you can’t use the pool or the fitness room without having the owner there to get you in. The noise from the nearby amusement can be distracting in the evenings.

    Superb

    The apartment is super spacious, new and modern. Location is super convenient and the view is something that would definitely make your trip the most memorable in HCMC.

    Access to the pool area could be made easier.

    Good

    Location was quiet but short walk to a mix used space and only a short taxi to the hustle and bustle of the D1. Room was new and ammenities were great.

    Advertised as if pool was available for use but apparently not for holiday goers.
