    I enjoyed my stay and would rate it "Satisfactory"

    The location, the size of the room, the staff and the neatness are awesome

    My buddy said it was awful

    The rooms were not clean.. one day there was no house cleaning. I called and they sent a few small towels after a couple of hours. When checking out the customer service manager was told that I had bugs and the room was was never really cleaned.. I was up all night getting bug bites. I do not know if there were bed bugs or regular bug bites. I took photos of the bites. There was just NiobOne who cared!!! I had just recently stayed at a Marriott Bonvage Dalian , China ( professional/ clean m… the opposite with Westchester… Definitely not a company that I would recommend or use again…

    5 Star Service

    Stayed for 4 days in Opus Weschester. Good experience throughout the stay. The room is comfortable and clean. Location is great and the staffs are super nice. Special mention to Ms Hassna at the reception for her attentiveness and kindness. I would definitely stay again for my future trip to White Plains.
