    Will definitely return.

    It was great location, clean warm comfortable.

    Just the window in bathroom came off hinge when opened after shower we called emailed etc immediately to let them know it was stuck wide open. It didn't get fixed while we there we blocked with towel so could have shower etc. overall it's great place prompt response from staff etc. window just one of those things. Will definitely use again.

    Quiet location near racecourse

    For us the location was perfect. Clear instructions were given on how to get into the appartment and they send out an info pack prior to arrival. This is worth reading as it includes all additional charge details (such as for early check in etc) and all the options available to you, as well as how to use all the utilities (e.g heating). The apartment had everything we needed and the team called us to ensure everything was ok. Whilst there is no parking at the property, there is plenty of roadside parking just outside. The area is very quiet and peaceful.

    Personally I found the beds rather hard and uncomforatble, though they were clean and large.

    It’s got good bones but could do better

    The apartment is in a good location and the bedrooms are spacious.

    So much more could be done with the apartment. The bathroom could do with a bit of TLC. The walls in the apartment could all do with a fresh coat of paint, there are lots of marks and scuff on the walls. The bedrooms all need mirrors, there was only one, in one of the bedrooms. It also needs a full length mirror. This could be a great apartment, with a lick of paint and some colour and thought.

    Location

    Parking. Plenty of street parking available at all times. Property has a large garden but the property owner will not allow you to park there despite enough space available at all times which is bit disappointing unfortunately.
