The house is clean, beautiful and well maintained, and both the housekeeper and the owner are very friendly and welcoming.
The rules are overly strict, making the environment feel more like a high school hostel than a guesthouse. The owner should give guests more personal space, trust them, and treat them like adults. She could also benefit from benchmarking against other businesses in the hospitality industry to learn from best practices and identify ways to improve the guest experience.
