Praktische Unterkunft für einen kurzen Aufenthalt, bei der vor allem die Sauberkeit und das WLAN verbessert werden könnt
Die Küche war grundsätzlich gut ausgestattet. Der Check-in mit dem Code war unkompliziert und hat problemlos funktioniert. Für einen Konzertbesuch in der Wiener Stadthalle ist die Unterkunft gut geeignet. Preislich war sie sehr günstig, weshalb man über manche Dinge hinwegsehen kann.
Die Wohnung ist schön, allerdings recht klein, was uns vorher bewusst war und für unseren Aufenthalt völlig ausreichend war. Leider ließ die Sauberkeit an einigen Stellen zu wünschen übrig. Wir haben mehrere Haare entdeckt, unter anderem auf dem Boden der Dusche. Außerdem hatte ein Handtuch einen Fleck, der nicht besonders appetitlich aussah. Auch die Küche hätte etwas gründlicher gereinigt werden können. Das Bett hingegen war sauber. Das WLAN hat leider so gut wie gar nicht funktioniert.

La cama es cómoda
Las puertas de entrada son de cristal que va directo al rellano del edificio y no cierran muy bien, por lo que nos dio mucha sensación de inseguridad. En la entrada del edificio además tienen un cartel que se avisen los robos a la policía directamente, así que menos confianza todavía. El baño-cocina es un poco feo y parece por las fotos que no es para tanto pero si se hace incómodo. Además, el ventilador y la calle tenían una batalla al más ruidoso. Al salir del apartamento, el staff me preguntó por las llaves de entrada, ya que no las encontraban, y no sé si las hayan encontrado ya pero al depositarlas en caja de llaves de la calle...a saber qué ha podido pasar. Si es que se han llevado las llaves, la zona se confirma como poco o nada segura.

Halbe- halbe.
Zimmer Einrichtung sehr gut. Eine gute Verbindung zum Ubahan und Bus.
Küche WC und Dusche in einem Raum aufgebaut. Und keine Entlüftung. Die Sraße ist sehr befahrbar und Laut.

Appartement spacieux, bien équipé, propre. Un vrai salon, c'est appréciable 😃. Supermarché à proximité. Le centre est accessible à pied pour les bons marcheurs (20mn).
L'appartement donne sur une avenue ultra passante, donc on entend les voitures. Ce léger inconvénient peut être résorbé si vous pensez aux boules Quies 😃
