Very good.
The location was excellent, it was very calm, yet very central and close to the beach and our favorite café Tulum. The owner she was really nice, very helpful. It was clean and the room was as portrayed on the pictures. Especially price-quality ration whise it was super recommendable
The rooms just re-opend after constructions, and that was a bit noticable. So we had to ask for a few things. But the owner was very considerable of it and helped us in every way she could.

היו כמה גוקים, אבל בעל המקום ישר הגיב והביא ספריי ודאג לעזור

It’s ok for the money, but instead of staying an extra night, we moved on to different hotel near by.
The location is very good, away from the busy road, so relatively quiet. nice balcony, good aircon. This place could be so good with just a little finesse!
Well to start with, no top sheet is just bizarre! The bathroom smells of sewage (not too badly but it lingers).
