    Comfortable, close to amenities. The host was responsive to inquiries.

    This location had nice and comfortable furnishings. The bed linens were clean and the beds were comfortable. The location is spacious and the stairs are great for anyone who likes cardio. The roof top bbq served our needs. The hot tub appeared to be working but we didn’t use. The rooftop patio is private and a nice place to sit. The master bathroom shower had multiple shower heads which were nice.

    The location could have been better stocked with dishes (not enough cups or glasses) and a few more towels. The floors didn’t appear to have been washed but looked like they had been swept. The rooftop fridge was broken. The master bedroom toilet did not appear to be bolted to the floor. We reported a leak which from the water stain had been present previously, but maybe not reported previously. I am still waiting for an invoice from the property which I requested multiple times.

    Great location, huge townhome, hot tub and gas grill a major plus!

    The hot tub was a major perk - the house is HUGE. The kitchen is beautiful and had adequate items to be able to cook at the home. It was easy to get an Uber, and is about 15 minutes from downtown.

    I'd like to preface the following by saying we certainly didn't feel that the home was unsanitary and truly did enjoy our stay. The hot tub was dirty upon arrival, but the host was very quick to rectify the issue and had it cleaned within a few hours. The house has some wear in tear in comparison to the photos - there were stains on the couch, and there were scuff marks along the trim and walls and holes from doorknobs. Certainly not the host's fault and just cost of doing business having guests in the home that are disrespectful, but the home could use a deep cleaning or touch up paint job.
