Pool / lounge / deck good communal areas. However Poor communication with host led to a disappointing stay with
Pool/ games room/ large spaces for gathering as a group.
Aspects of property not working as advertised. And mainly, communication during our stay was ignored several times, communication received after our stay was hostile and rude regarding our concerns with aspects of the property not working and did not adress why we received no response during our actual stay. No house manuals or clear instructions on how to use anything within the house besides the cinema, which did not work as described. No instructions for check out besides putting the key in the lockbox. A complaint of ‘sticky fingers’ marks from children from the host after our stay was interesting, this is part and parcel of advertising catering to and hosting families in a booking, which was known before we booking having children listed in our booking.

Great stay, comfortable house just needs some tlc!
Well equipped house, comfortable beds, great location for going to the beach or day trips and very responsive hosts. Tv in literally every room, pantry items and kitchen stocked for basic cooking needs which was fabulous. Pool was heated and outdoor area was lovely.
Unfortunately it wasn’t the cleanest, floors left our feet dirty possibly from just being dusty and mould on soft furnishings (outdoor cushions, back of couch, blinds. (Lived in Cairns so I get the battle against humidity is tough). Cinema room DVD only as Netflix freezes constantly and in a flight path which was super loud.

Ideal location for the family to come away from the City busyness! The views from the balcony are fabulous 👌 Our family loved the bicycles pool table swimming pool and an amazing kitchen with 5 star cooking equipment and tools to prepare your family banquet! Stop reading- book your dates now!
