    elegant sea point apartment

    Everything about this property was perfect. It is located a few blocks from the main street, where there are shops and restaurants. Within walking distance of the beach, VA waterfront and the DHL stadium. There is enough privacy and the neighborhood is safe and quiet.

    Noisy neighbours and noise from upstairs can be heard
