Please note the information below about extras fees and details for pet friendly room: 1-2 nights $50 cleaning fee 3-7 nights $100 cleaning fee 8-20 nights $200 cleaning fee 21-28 nights $300 cleaning fee 28 nights $350 then $50/week thereafter $300 refundable bond T & Cs • Small to medium size only to 34kg • Certain breeds are not accepted i.e. Rottweiler, Pitbull Terrier, Bulldog, German Shepherd, Doberman Pinscher. • Dogs must be on a lead in public areas at all times • Dogs must be domesticated, quiet, toilet trained and must not exceed 34kg or 7lb weight limit • Limit one dog per room and must not be left unattended at any time • Rooms are limited, once booking is made please contact to confirm • Any damages incurred during your pet stay will be charged accordingly Limited car parking available, bookings essential, fees apply. The apartments are serviced on a weekly basis. Credit cards incur a merchant service fee in addition to the total amount payable.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
