Los trabajadores muy atentos siempre, la atención fue muy buena, todo muy limpio y ordenado..
Anteriormente la habitación frente al mar contaba con frigobar, en esta ocasión que volvimos nos dimos cuenta que ya no tiene y eso era un plus importante... Un elevador no funcionaba y fue muy tedioso esperar y esperar...

Ahhhh.
I loved the pool area. It's beautifully designed, with one large pool connected to a dining area looking out on the ocean and a smaller infinity pool right on the water. I opted for a room with a balcony and sea view that I truly enjoyed, especially for sunsets and early mornings. The room had great WIFI reception, a mini fridge (so handy in tropical weather), and a tv with a few English-language channels - although it's doubtful you'll want to be indoors much! The best part perhaps is that with an on-site restaurant, a person doesn't have to go ANYWHERE if they just enjoy relaxing at the beach.
The on-site restaurant, Panama, is fine and the prices are fair, all things considered. The staff is congenial and the service is decent, but certainly not perfect. I think the staff is willing to please, but may need a bit of direction from management to do their jobs more effectively. I was aggravated a coupla times for servers being absent-minded, but everyone was so nice I just politely accepted the lag time and mishaps.

Las albercas de agua salada, el agua estaba muy caliente, el agua de la regadera del cuarto no se podía regular y también estaba muy caliente

Para mí es nuevo el restauran panamá muy buena atención y beneficios para los huéspedes tener ese beneficio hay mismo en el hotel 👍
Pues una mejora que se podría hacer es evitar que los que salgan de las albercas no suban tanta agua en el aria del elevador ,por qué si me tocó un resbalón gracia a Dios no pasó a mayores ,
