    Easily worst experience of our dozens of booked stays in apartments in last few years.

    Long list:. Only 2 towels for 3 people. Bins were not emptied. Large bin in kitchen had broken lid laying on the floor. No tea towel in kitchen. No toilet paper. No working heat or instructions to turn on. Toilet leaking and had to be repaired during evening of first night. Slow communication with owner who argued cleaning service had been in and left towels and emptied bins. Difficult building to get in. Key location several blocks away. Owners said they would remove cleaning service charge but that seemed to be ADDED (not included) in pre-payment, then removed. That seemed inconsistent with other Bookings!

    Great Location!

    The property was centrally located, clean and comfortable. It was easy to pick up / drop off our keys and the concierge was very friendly and helpful, it was perfect for our girls trip to Manchester.

    The only feedback I have is that the property needs full length mirrors!

    Enjoyable stay!

    We were there for our daughter's graduation. The location was perfect. Just a short walk to the University and also to the city centre with all restaurants and bars. Many supermarkets available around the area. The staff we very helpful, and the key collection very easy and available 24/7. The apartment was very clean and well equiped. Highly recommended!

    The beds were a bid too soft for our tastes, but that depends on preference. The armchair in the living room needs to be replaced. The fabric was stained and it is the only thing that looks dirty in the whole apartment.
