Unhappy with customer care when bed bug was found
Appreciated the room change to a bigger room, slept fine and internet was good. Location was good for public transport.
Unfortunately, we found a bed bug in the room just as we were leaving, which was concerning. When we raised this with the staff, they suggested it was due to keeping the windows open, and our request for compensation was declined. We were disappointed with the outcome and hope similar concerns can be handled better in the future.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. It had all the basic, necessary amenities including safe-box and fridge. Breakfast was good except coffee. Quite good location with easy access by tram and metro lines to the main attractions.
Windows and doors (room in general) were not soundproofed enough. Noise from the street and prayers from nearby mosque were rather loud even after closing windows. Small bathroom. Coffee at breakfast
