• It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Drivers License, Voters Card, Passport, Aadhar Card. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in. Note- PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card. • The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodations can be denied to guests posing as a 'couple' if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. • Visitors are not allowed in the Guest Room. Please meet your guest at our Lobby and West1 restaurant. • Swimming pool timings are 08:00hrs to 20:00hrs. Swimming Pool will remain close on Tuesdays.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
