    Great location

    This is our go to place when in Victoria. Great location just a block from gardens and shopping. The rooms are comfortable and the staff are welcoming. Always enjoy our time at Parkside.

    Perfect spot for quiet stay and downtown access

    Beautiful, calm hotel with awesome amenities. Staff was wonderful and hotel is a quick walk to the heart of downtown. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again!

    The location is perfect we had a staycation but it was nice to see our city in a different way

    My friends and I had an amazing stay at Parkside to enjoy my friends birthday we loved the service Rachel at the front desk helped my friends out so much she was super accommodating

    Great stay, lovely property

    Great location for accessing downtown Victoria. Bit noisy lower level room floor 2 (from street) Clean, fully equipped kitchen much appreciated with kids. Housekeeping checked in daily without fail. Will stay again, loved the ponds and gardens, very beautiful property setting.

    Exceptional service and facility

    Stayed at the Parkside many times before, the only negative is hotel fees have gone up since Covid which is sad as this is the same with most things. The Parkside has excellent service and their reservations people are exceptional. The place itself is gorgeous the water theme is appreciated, the suites are well appointed and clean. Having a full kitchen, bar and dining room was very useful for hosting wine tastings while we visited. The view from the 7th floor is beautiful and Beacon Hill park (right beside the hotel) is very fun to explore.
