    Beautiful Inn, gracious, friendly innkeepers.

    Beautifully restored antique home. The bed was so comfortable. We enjoyed chatting with Innkeepers Richard and Jo and meeting Lola(pup).

    Beautiful inn in the heart of Cape Cod

    A beautiful cozy place with love to detail. Everything was absolutely clean. The beds were compfy. We loved the tea and coffee and snacks in the lounge, but there were also great breakfast options in walking distance. It’s a great location to explore Cape Cod and the beach in Orleans is beautiful. Richard is an absolutely lovely host. We had a great stay.

    Beautiful accommodations and the hosts were lovely! Free coffee and snacks available at all times was a wonderful and much appreciated touch!

    Hosts are lovely and helpful while not intrusive. Room is nicely appointed with comfortable king bed with small but adequate bath and shower. Old house is very quaint. Use of refrigerator helpful. No food service but coffee, tea, fruit and homemade cookies make it homey. Lovely early Spring get away in convenient location to shops, restaurants, short drive to Nauset Beach.!

    Had a wonderful time and will return.

    since we were there off season, there wasn’t a sit down breakfast, just some fruit and coffee.

    Everything was wonderful although the tv in the bedroom could have been a little bigger.
