A beautiful corner of paradise
Our stay was fantastic! Svein was so kind, welcoming, and very knowledgeable of the happenings on the island. The space was large, with large plants outside our garden patio that provided us some privacy to enjoy our patio. There was a convenient treated water tap and reusable bottles to fill for our room, they also provided reef shoes and snorkel masks. I definitely made use of the boardwalk and chairs to watch the sunrise in the morning! Fantastic location: right next to a convenience, coffee shop, and eatery, and close to the next hub in Muri beach without being directly in the hustle and bustle!
We were tucked away in a beautiful corner of nature! The downside being sometimes nature finds its way indoors- there were a few ants in the kitchenette, but we were able to secure our snacks without issue!

Campground basic at premium prices. Shoreline is a bank of coral, you cannot even sit there.
We didn’t like anything, booked for 4 nights, left after 1 the photos looked nothing like the “villa” and “family room” we were given.
It’s completely not as advertised. The “beach” is a bank of coral that’s not even able to be sat on. They don’t show this in any of their photos, in fact their photo is of the Muri lagoon with them positioned on the top edge of the lagoon. They do say it’s not swimmable but they don’t say it’s sharp coral with no beach whatsoever. We booked two rooms. One was a “villa” which is a concrete block building, akin to a camping ground, super basic. I had to kill the ants on the kitchen bench on arrival. The bathroom window covering was a net curtain window looking directly into the shower. There was no way to get privacy in the bathroom at night with the light on. We don’t use the shower and left the next morning. Photos attached to this review. The seating out the front facing the “beach” is bean bags filled with empty plastic bottles which was lumpy plastic. The second “family room” was the ground floor of their home again with no window coverings at all so at night anyone can see directly in. The kids had no blankets on their bed and ended up all in the double bed to keep warm. The owner came to the door the evening of arrival and asked one of the children to turn off the outside light (which we needed on as the two rooms they put us in were at the opposite end of the property to each other) He then asked the 13 year old boy if he was home alone, his mother was round the corner in the bedroom within the unit and said no. It was super uncomfortable and a strange thing to ask. The next day on departure I handed back the keys and asked the owner what had happened the night before and he said he walked round the complex at night checking on things. It’s not acceptable to not have adequate window coverings for privacy.
