Leuke locatie maar onprettige incheck en appartement met tekortkomingen
Locatie is prima: dichtbij openbaar vervoer en winkels. Restaurants zijn in de buurt maar goede restaurants zijn wel verder weg. Het appartement is ruim qua oppervlakte maar heeft wel een rare indeling: Kamers met zowel een zithoek / eettafel als bedden. Wel wasmachine en droger aanwezig.
Inchecken: heel veel berichten over de inchecktijd (via Booking, mail, Whatsapp en telefoon). Als reizende is een aankomsttijd soms moeilijk in te schatten. Nu moest dit wel erg nauwkeurig worden doorgegeven en meerdere keren worden bevestigd. Ik heb het contact met Gulia als onvriendelijk en dwingend ervaren. Het appartement worden goed verhuurd en dat wordt wel zichtbaar: zithoek is erg vies en gordijnen zijn beschadigd en verblinden niet meer goed. Douchen in bad. Extra schoonmaakkosten voor een kleine hond zijn €50. Niet goedkoop.

Logement spacieux, situé dans un quartier agréable mais l'accueil est superficiel, non professionnel
Appartement bien placé, facilement accessible par les transports en commun. Il est grand et dispose d'appareils electroménagers appréciables avec lessive à disposition. Les photos du site sont fidèles.
L'accueil n'a pas du tout été à la hauteur. Nous avons dû attendre trois quarts d'heure pour que Giulia vienne nous ouvrir. Arrivée à 22h, elle ne s'est même pas excusée. Elle nous a fait patienter dans le couloir le temps de vérifier l'appartement, sans se soucier de savoir si nous avions réussi à monter nos valises au premier étage sans ascenseur. En 3 minutes chrono, l'accueil était plié : aucune explication pratique sur les appareils, la gestion des déchets ou le quartier. De plus, aucune solution ne nous a été proposée pour stocker nos bagages après le check-out. Un net manque de professionnalisme.
