    Very enjoyable stay in a beautiful family sized villa

    A beautifully presented two bedroom villa for our family group,set in lush gardens.The rooms,bathrooms and lounge area were very genenerous sizes and we loved the quality design and presentation.

    Meal service was very slow on arrival mid afternoon-at the pool bar.Over an hour for one quesadilla and 45 mins for a lime juice-despite few people there.Didnt spoil our stay.

    Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'emplacement de l'hôtel, idéalement situé à proximité d'Icon Bali, de la plage et des boutiques. La piscine chauffée à 31°C est un véritable atout et très agréable à tout moment de la journée. L'accueil est chaleureux, attentionné et absolument formidable. La villa est spacieuse, offrant tout le confort nécessaire, avec une literie de grande qualité. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié les soins et massages proposés au spa, réalisés avec beaucoup de professionnalisme. Enfin, le petit-déjeuner est copieux, varié et délicieux.

    la difficulté à trouver l'entrée de l'hôtel lors de notre arrivée. Une signalisation plus visible ou des indications plus précises faciliteraient l'accès pour les nouveaux clients.

    The accommodation was average

    The property was clean and a short walk to the Icon to go to the beach. Breakfast was simple but okay.

    Location was fantastic, back off the main street, so villa was very peaceful. A short walk to Icon Mall, Restaurants and local Warungs, staff were lovely, very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay 🌻

    Only a little gripe, the bed was quite firm, made it difficult to get a good sleep
