    A relaxing stay with wonderful ocean views and a quiet location.

    The views were spectacular.

    The double bed in the first bedroom was incredibly uncomfortable. The springs squeaked with every move and the mattress bounced with it. I’m a female who weighs 65kg so thankfully I was sleeping on my own.

    Excellent new property, well maintained, well equipped, amazing sunset view and great for family getaway! Would definite

    The property was new, very clean with an amazing sunset view. We loved the backyard with the jacuzzi. The kitchen was also really well equipped and there’s a barbecue grill, though we didn’t use it.

    There’s only one toilet and the shower was open design with no door which made the floor quite wet. Also would’ve been good to have a drying machine.

    Great place and good value.

    Great location and view of the Mornington and mt Martha area. Bedding was good, access was fine albeit they were building a new house next door so busy. Good access to restaurants and the beach.
