Great location and beach. Enjoyed our stay and would return.
The location was very nice and convenient. The balcony views were beautiful. The apartment itself was nice. Nice kitchen, nice size apartment. Had everything we needed. Parking was good. Each unit had dedicated spaces. Host communication was very good.
The flooring seems a little worn and dated. The toilet seats need to be replaced - there are stains on both of them. The refrigerator water filter was expired. These are constructive remarks. We would stay again.

Amelia Island why did it take me so long to visit.
Love the location of the property. Fully stocked kitchen, beds super comfy. Being on an end unit was definitely a plus. Great communication with the host. Oh and the blue and white chairs on the balcony are so comfortable.
I can’t really think of anything I didn’t like. I would suggest a bigger rug in the bathroom for when getting out of the shower. The current rug is super small.

The condo is an end unit with a beautiful view, the kitchen was nice and appeared to have newer appliances, and we also enjoyed the air hockey table.
The biggest issue was a Ring camera INSIDE THE BEDROOM. I don’t care what the explanation is for it being there — a camera in a bedroom is wildly inappropriate and made us extremely uncomfortable knowing it could potentially pick up private conversations. Then there was the actual condition of the condo. One of the shower floors felt so soft and spongy underfoot that it genuinely felt like it could give way. There was a noticeable crack in the ceiling, which was especially unnerving considering other areas of the complex appeared to be undergoing structural work. The sleeper sofa mattress was awful — you could feel the springs and frame underneath it — and the beds, doors, and overall unit felt old, creaky, and worn. And then there was the customer service. We arrived around 1–2 p.m. and I had previously asked if early check-in might be possible as most other hosts I have encountered have been extremely accommodating. When we got there, because the cleaning crew had already left, we asked again about being able to check in. We fully understood that early check-in wasn’t guaranteed, but the response was unnecessarily curt and unfriendly. Being told “no” was not the problem. The attitude was. If you are charging over $500 a night, the unit should reflect that price point — and the communication should too. You can’t have a poorly maintained condo, questionable privacy concerns, and an unpleasant attitude and expect guests to just overlook it because the view is nice.
