    Would not return due to the filth

    Location was good

    House was filthy upon arrival, had to change one set of bedding ourself as this was filthy. When we called the number provided to let them know about this situation they wernt intrested and said they were probably told the room wasnt used so didnt change the bedding... IMO all bedding should be changed regardless of previous guests have informing them it hasnt been used. To much 'decor'/ornimanets everywhere you look definitely a hazard when you have younger children (on edge something may be broken) also these things are dust collectors. There was dust everywhere (thick dust) We had to hoover everywhere upon arrival. Tick tacs, food and dog hair on the rug downstairs. Everything has to be washed/cleaned prior to use. And the sofas are completely gone. Some of our guests couldn't even sit on them as they wernt comfy and would struggle to get back up due to the cushions lack of structure. 6 adults and 2 children stayed here and it was a squeeze. Yes it sleeps this many but the living area/dining room isnt suitable for everyone to sit etc. Couldn't even imagen that many people plus a dog. I could go on, marks on walls etc (liquid not just wear and tear) dining room chairs broke etc etc All in all it just needs a really good clean/update of furniture

    Great location, very nautical themed throughout

    Location was great. Outside space was good.

    The down stairs toilet door sticks so couldn’t close it without getting help to get out each time.
