    Commercial property, poor hospitality

    Good location, comfortable beds, fairly clean except for a stray sock under one of the beds

    This is one of many rental properties run by the host. It felt as though the main priority was margin optimization and not great hospitality. Few examples - furnishing minimal and devoid of any taste (our personal opinion of course) - no night lamps to read in the evening in main bedroom - only very bright overhead lamps - super hot rooms with cheapest possible fans to cool - absence of any personal info to help guests become acquainted with the neighbourhood - guests are pointed towards €15 per night parking when you can park for free on the street adjacent to the building - above points pretty forgiveable, our main gripe was the way in which a broken door key was handled by the landlord. All responsibility was put on the tenant, despite the break pointing towards metal fatigue (clean break at narrow point/no distortion). We paid the full repair amount to resolve the situation, as the landlord (from the onset) was not having it any other way. All in all, for the same money you can find better places in Prague. Felt screwed over after the stay

    Удачное месторасположение, неподалеку метро, большой торговый центр. К многим достопримечательностям рукой подать. В квартире есть ванна. Нас дождались для пересдачи ключей не смотря на то, что мы опаздывали из за пробок в Праге. Большим преимуществом была стиральная машина и сушилка.

    Бесконечный шум от трамвая, который проходит возле дома. В квартире было недостаточно посуды для пяти человек, отсутствовали чайные ложки. Сложилось впечатление, что в квартире ходят в обуви, было довольно грязно. Кухонный кран был сломан, к сожалению было очень неудобно им пользоваться, хотя при передаче ключей нас об этом предупредили. Окна были реально закопчены, буквально покрыты сажей.
