La descripción decía que tenía sofá cama, pero cuando llegamos no existía tal cosa, nos dejaron un colchón en el piso. Pedimos una cuna y nos la dieron sin colchón. Puse en la reserva que éramos dos adultos y un bebé y solo nos dejaron dos toallas. La vitrocerámica no funcionaba. Conseguir la temperatura del agua correcta en la ducha era imposible.

Apartamento nuevo y muy bien equipado
El apartamento está genial. Completamente nuevo y muy equipado. Había una parada de bus prácticamente en la puerta que nos sirvió para movernos bastante bien por la ciudad, y un supermercado Aldi con un horario de apertura bastante amplio para comprar comida.
La información sobre el check in se nos envió la misma mañana y estando en la puerta del apartamento cargado de maletas tuvimos que irnos a un establecimiento a 10 minutos andando a por la llave. Debería de enviarse antes. La comunicación por correo y teléfono durante el viaje fue bastante bien, pero por la plataforma de booking previamente no nos informaron si contábamos con cuna (que sí que había una desmontada en el apartamento). Pensaba que la zona era más céntrica, aunque el metro estaba un poco lejos, el autobús estaba muy cerca. El barrio al principio no nos dio mucha confianza pero finalmente sí que vimos que era seguro y tranquilo.

The location is perfect. The communal garden is lovely. Lovely restaurant on the canal close by and only 20 minutes away from Lords Cricket Ground, Abbey Road Studios and St James Wood.
It needs work, the pictures are probably when they first started renting it out. Shower has 2 temperatures freezing and scolding nothing in-between. Mark on the bathroom tiles looked like dye but it makes it look dirty. The extra bed was dirty and we had no bedding for it even though we had booked for 3 people. Walking 10 mins to get the key is a pain but the shop keeper was a friendly man. This isnt luxury by any means.

Strategically located and nice place to stay
The location of this property is strategic in central London. Very very close to supermarkets, local cafes and restaurants especially asian and middle eastern cuisine like kebab etc. The place is spacious, so you can use the additional mattress & bedsheets provided and put it on the floor, especially if you book this place for 3-4 people or small family ( you wouldn’t mind it on the floor if you remove your shoes on the entire property and keep the floor clean).
Cleanliness could be improved. Bed in the bedroom is too small for two adults and 1 children as it is the small double bed. But we use the additional bed so no problem
