    Very disappointing stay – not as booked Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. No access card was provided, and we were repeatedly told to use a specific entrance while having to look for security to get access. I booked a 1-bedroom apartment, but at check-in I was given a studio instead. Since we arrived late at night, this was especially frustrating. It also took around 25 minutes just to get the access. The apartment was not clean, and the bed mattress was extremely uncomfortable—the springs could be felt while lying down. We also complained about bugs in the apartment. Instead of apologizing or offering a solution, we were simply told that bugs are common throughout the Gold Crest Apartments. This was not an acceptable response to a cleanliness complaint. Overall, the apartment did not match what was booked, the cleanliness was poor, the check-in/access process was inconvenient, and the response to our complaints was disappointing. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

    Worst of all

    Nothing.

    This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. The owner was outright disrespectful and aggressive, and the staff was consistently rude and dismissive. Their behavior wasn’t just unprofessional, it was completely unacceptable and made the stay extremely uncomfortable. On top of that, basic amenities were either missing or not working. The kitchen was non-functional, despite being advertised, which felt like clear misrepresentation. The way guests are treated here is shocking. There is zero regard for customer service or basic decency. Based on my first-hand experience, I strongly suspect the positive reviews are not genuine. Save your money and stay somewhere else, this place is simply not worth the stress

    I booked room, tried to contact but they didn't respond, neither contacted themselves which is very strange and they replied late night with just 'OKAY'. No details no response about booking or excuse just one simple message Okay.
