The location was excellent considering we wanted to be downtown and have a safe, walkable area. Street parking was easy and accessible. Decent restaurants and cafes in the area, great yoga class nearby. Very quiet at night despite the bars in the area.

Would definitely stay here again!
It felt very private- like your own apartment. Also, the host and cleaning staff (very friendly and helpful) worked with us and we were able to check in early. This saved us from having to take our luggage with us in our rental car while we were whale watching in Bar Harbor. Bed was really comfortable and linens were soft. Loved the overall Mid-Century Modern feel of the room and building. The lobby had a subtle scent that was awesome too. Great places to eat that were right next door.
When I travel, I always wish there was an earlier check in time. I know though that the staff needs ample time to clean the rooms that were occupied the previous night.

Nice rooms, great location downtown.
The coffee shop downstairs is nice.
A second comfortable chair in the room would have been nice.
