Schöne Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern und jeweils eigenem, modernen Badezimmer mit Dusche. Große Küche, voll ausgestattet. Kontakt mit dem Vermieter schnell und unkompliziert. Nah zu U-Bahn Station
Die Nachbarschaft ist eher heruntergekommen, viel Müll und Wohnungslosigkeit

Good for small families looking for an overnight stay near transit and Temple University
The location was perfect for a visit to Temple and really close to the SEPTA line. Having a combination of single beds and a double bed and two bathrooms worked really well for our family.
The set up really lacked communal space. No shared living area except for a small island/dining table. The room with the double bed lacks a floor or table lamp, or even a convenient way to turn off the overhead lights near the bed, which was a mild annoyance. The kitchen lacked a lot of basic equipment – baking sheets, cutting boards, serving bowls, etc. The place is great for an overnight - or if you don’t really intend to cook, but might not work for an extended stay.

We were satisfied but prob will not return only because we aren’t used to this side of Philly.
Very appealing. And comfortable. It was private.
If I was staying longer id need more dishes And there wasn’t any coffee.

It was excellent and a great host.
Very clean, comfortable and modern
The windows are very thin so you hear the cars, people in the street and the garbage collection early morning.

Excellent sejour dans un appartement spacieux et fonctionnel.
L'appartement etait trez bien situe par rapport a ma raison de visite. Les proprietaires sont disponibles et tres reactifs; un contact agreable. Apparrement spacieux et fonctionnel.
Juste penser a mettre des tables de chevet dans la chambre ca pourrait aider 😊
